I am a therapist and also a human being who understands what you’re going through. I bring my genuine self into our sessions and with that comes humor, energy, curiosity and compassion. A pillar of effective therapy is a strong therapeutic bond. I create an environment that is welcoming, non-judgmental, honest and empowering.

I use an integrated approach including Humanistic, ERP, CPT, ACT, I-CBT and mindfulness/grounding to target your goals. I create a tailored plan (and update it along the way!) to help you clarify your goals, identify maladaptive coping mechanisms and ultimately break from the obsessive compulsive cycle.
